Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
