Refund policy

  • We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and unworn.
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Sales item is not accepted for return unless if the mistake is on our end. 
  • An unboxing video is needed for any refund or return request.
